From the error message, it looks like you're not paved out far enough. Try adding more pavement, and also try holding the CTRL key while moving the blueprint around to move in smaller increments. You can put your house on a slightly smaller pavement pad if you line it up carefully.

one time this problem
puttened all the paving then i have my house but cannot fix get rid of the pave extra
make sure to use the pave you will look at
