Looking for Evidence

Postby Shiroberus » Sun Oct 14, 2012 10:36 am

So someone stole everything from my land and I was wondering if why no evidence was showing up when I toggle Tracking. Isn't that larceny?

And how do I summon?
What can you expect
From filthy little heathens?
Their skins are hellish red
They're only good when dead

1. The items/containers need to be on a claim. If you don't have a claim, no crime was committed as the game doesn't recognize any form of ownership.

2. If you did have everything on a claim, I believe there's a bug with larceny at the moment. There's been several. Some have been fixed and I can't recall which have been and which haven't.

3. For summoning, there was a pretty decent quick walkthrough posted a couple weeks ago, but to sum it up: collect evidence, track perpetrator, take evidence of crime and right click the person's homestead.

Try toggling tracking, then enter a building, port to Boston and back, or just walk far enough away to reload the map.
