I need help! My stats are:
Blood: 19
Phlegm: 10
Yellow B: 17
Black B: 23
I need food items to raise Phlegm. But the food I should eat that's said in the wiki raise my black bile.
Any specific help? Please!

What are you eating?
It has been a long time but at your level I think lumberjack frikadel will trigger fairly well but then mix with another phlegm food after.
Humble meat pie has a 50% chance to proc phlegm.
Simple sunday steak 50% chance to proc.
Also if you cook a ton at your level simple sizzled slugs will work I believe.
Sweet Bambi will work until the mid 20s too.
Best would be pumpkin pies though.
