How to contact customer support or the community manager?

Hi, I'm just wondering how I can get in touch with the the community manager. Is it support@paradox.com or something else?

Thank you.
I'm asking for some beta keys to give to my clan members.

I don't think they give out Betakeys now since the System is a bit bugged.
I think they are close to the Openbeta release anyway.

This is correct about the keys. Hit up sites like Ten Ton Hammer for them.

As far as open beta, there's at least one major project in the works that needs completion before that, and that is multi-server support. No clue how far along that is or how soon afterwards we'll move into open beta.
