I played this game quite a lot in 2012/2013 and started to play again today. I don't get the skill Childish Things, the very first one that you need to get all the other skills in the game.
I remember that you got that one from the tutorial but that dosn't happen for me. Do you get it some other way now?

The skill is still taught in the tutorial, you have to go to ship to actually get to the tutorial place. Yes, we have a "real" tutorial area now.

I whent with ship, it took me to a bunch of indians and a guy that asked me for money, then i got sent out into the wilderness to choose my starting area with out the skill.

What? Did you click the indians? That indian place you are in is the tutorial place lol. Follow the instructions. Talk to the guys near the big fire and the squonk.
It's a valley not the true wilderness yet.

Could you print screen and upload your skill screen (Ctrl+T)

Theres some indians talking about the Great Spirit, and civiliced man saying that I have a dept to him, when i talked to him i got sent out into the wilderness

Oh you're using old account and have money in the bank. The civilized man is charging you money to come to the New World. You must pay him, or go with Chief Lend a hand.
Weird, the bank is a new feature.
Anyhow, did they give you a leanto? In that case you have skipped the tutorial and have to learn it on your own.
Or, you have no leanto and there's tepees near the place you are in, then you just need to do what they tell you.
Or make a new char and try to read/listen (turn your sound on) carefully this time

I got a leanto. When I got on the boat the next quest is to talk to the queens emissary but there is only the indeans and the guy talking about my dept
