about alts

is it good to make alts for example hunting monsters in darkness or making clothes with lower difficulty? or should i just do it on my main?

Make specialized alts. that way if you lose one char you won't lose everything with it. Most people keep their crafters vaulted up and have combat/hunting characters for other stuff.

You can make many kinds of alts for many different task but a crafting alt with high proficiency's would most likely be your main since that char would be alive the longest, and will probably be used the most.
A hunting alt for hunting darkness animals is recommended since they are perma-kill and you wont have much of a loss if they do happen to get killed while hunting :D

Yes my plan is to be a tailor on my main and hunt darkness monsters on an alt
