Is there a food of moderate-and-under difficulty to obtain to a newbie to raise the biles? I found gourd stew is great for gluttony since it's so easily obtained but it usually only ups my phlegm and I really want the other stats.

what are you talking bout... gluttony changed a while back now all foods with "any" in their recipe have an ingredient for each humour, look at the variable gluttony values for the meat group, takes as expample lumberjack frikadels

Deer meat = Yellow bile
Beaver meat = Black bile
Rabbit meat = Phlegm
Bear meat = Blood

In the insect group:
Grubs also raise yellow bile and Beetles raise black bile
Pest-filled morel = Godlike, you should plant some morels once you are settled

Easy for newbs is the berry group, huckleberries raise yellow bile and blackberries raise blackbile
if you are under 15 biles use berries on a straw made with huckleberries for yellow bile, remember to combine different food groups too.

That's actually pretty helpful, love the guide. I'm a bit overwhelmed with everything so I didn't really notice different stat gains with different ingredients for food. I'll learn and den ur rekt m8
