Sunny Sunflower??

I have a quick question..
Why I cant plant sunny sunflower in gardening pot? Does this need some skill or what?

You need the gardening skill to plant anything in gardening pots.

Where did you find a sunflower? I haven't ever seen one and the wiki has nothing on finding them.

You get them randomly from potted plants. Sometimes they will just spring up a beaming sunflower instead of whatever you planted.
