Bat lodged in my throat?

I seem to be perma-KO'd by a bat. It's displayed on my gear interface, it's drained my blood and it's still there when I wake up, so I KO right away again. Does anyone know how to remove bats?

I would cntrl click him to 'drop' him personally.

I'll try to spam that, but I'm losing Profs like solo cups at a house party. Are you sure there's a window where this is possible to execute?

I got 1, the second got to me
