Any of those on that list that you can craft/forage yourself would be the best noob foods for blood.

If you can hunt crickets then Crickebab is a relative reliable blood food for newish characters. http://salemwiki.info/index.php/Crickebab

The problem is that there isn't necessarily one best answer. There's a nice list of things that you can find, simple things you can cook, etc. We don't know what you're skills are at this moment in time. We also don't know what kind of terrain you have to forage on, either. That can seriously change what will be available.

Thank you everyone for you input.
At the moment im right on the edge of what i think is grassland and a huugeee pine forest with a game trial in it, water is nearby and hunting turkeys rabbits and crickets is quite simple for me, i have fencing and a sword so ima guess the best bet is to grind a load of crickebabs?

It's best to not eat a "load of crickebabs"... Mix your foods, and they'll take you further.

Have a look through the link posted, and pick 2-4 that you can mass easily enough. Make a ***** of them, and then eat.

I beg to differ, i went out and made about 15-20 crickebabs and leveled blood every 3rd to 4th one i ate, its a bit of a grind but it did the trick (:

plank steaks are also nice to level blood in the low/medium stage. they are slow to eat though, so once you hit your thirties in blood they dont work that good anymore
