Torchpost not firing

I was robbed (ok, happens, dont mind). Somenone stole from my property, rummaged through my stuff etc, and torchpost didnt fire, wonder why?

1. After building the torch post, did you put tinder in it?
2. How can you tell it didn't fire? Maybe it did, but the thief didn't get KO?

Thats how i know it didnt fire, tinde was full
and i know who thief was, its a newb so no way he could not get kod
i found out whats wrong tho, ii put the guy on the list and wheenver i open claim menu it resets privileges to white ppl, basically i allowed the guy to take it all *dum dum dum*

indeed, I was like, wtf what happened, the guy cleaned out my base... neatly and previously when he tried i found him knocked out at doorstep as his bb drained almost instantly....
even funnier, i wasnt pissed about loss of curios or food or iron, but he stole my POT!!!! I men, what thief abandons 95% bear meat and goes for the POT!!!! aaargh!

On the more seriuos side... Check your permissions on your claim. Make sure white has nothing checked. This is the default color when you add anyone to your kin list. If anything for white is checked, they get those permissions. Otherwise, I've not heard of anyone changing back to white unless there was a server issue that caused a rollback. If there was a change, it was manually done by the player the rest of the time. If you can confirm it is actually a bug and not done deliberately or because of a recent server rollback, please report it.
Note: if you were playing within a short period of time before a crash, you should always check out the
Server Status thread to see if anything about data rollbacks has been posted or to make sure that anything done in the last few minutes of play didn't get lost.
