I purchased 350 silver at 10 dollars canadian and never recieved the in game silver

Go to the Bank in Boston. There's a guy standing outside there. Click on him and then you should be able to withdraw your silver.

Do be warned, don't bring it all out if you don't need it. Money in the bank is the only truly safe money in the game 
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.
