Why? Bought those from stall in Providence.
UPD: I am worried could it be something liek stolen pants sold in a stall, and after I buy them - I PAY the guy to track and arson my base?

That calms down the paranoia, but still curious about why do pants have uses? Is it somehow connected to rats infecting me with diarrhoea?
