Hi,

I have a claim and my character is travelling the map currently.
I also got an alt though, that I just logged in and which had the keys to that claim before and which was able to walk on that property. Now i realize the alt is not allowed to walk the claim anymore and also does not have the keys. Any idea why that is the case? I did not log that alt in for about 1 month or so..

1.Did you change the color for your alt in your main kin list? Thus removing claim rights from alt. Try changing color back to what it was.

2. Maybe someone broke you claim and put a new one?

I am sure that the claim still belongs to my other character. Because it tells me who owns the claim.

However, the leanto of my alt is on the property and I have been KOd. Nevertheless, what about the Keys? They should not have disappeared I assume

About point 1, I don't know. I will check it.

If you let your claim run out of silver and then re-filled it up I believe that resets permissions. For a temp fix until you can return to your homestead invite your alt to be in your party which will give it temporary permissions.
