To study anything I need my profficiancies need to be at least 600, however they are all stuck at a maximum of 500, how do I increase their maximum?

You need to max them out so they are fully green, when you click on them they will increase a level. So Level 5 = 500, Level 6 = 600 ect ect :3 Good luck and happy studying
