overlapping claims

Hello,

I have some questions about the overlapping of claims and possible bugs or problems which may arise:

- If I have a private claim and someone claims some land right besides me (also private claim), but due to expanding the claims overlap. What problems arise then? defenses not working etc?
- And what about private claims and town claims, does one overrule the other and what problems arise?

Could someone please explain me this, I have tried finding this on the wiki's and on this forum but I did not find an answer :-(

Thanks in advance!

p-claims cannot overlap, or even touch.
A town claim and a p-claim can, the p-claim overrides the town, but the town can remove it if they want to.

It just stops you from expanding or does the claim go around the other claim if its big enough?

As long as no one drops a town on you, which isn't very likely to happen.

You are not safe with a pclaim, someone can raid you with a little effort, if you have a town claim they have to give you 24hrs notice.
