What decays on personal claim?

is there any tool or other building one can build that decays on your own personal claim?

No, no structure decays on clain that is paid.
However, stuff placed in construction sign, but not built in will disappear over time, no matter whether on claim or not

so like f my building sign is 0/10/0 it can decay to 0/9/0.. 0/8/0... but when i build it to 0/0/10 it will never decay nor will the building site? (if it even has hp)

Hm. This seems to have changed, is it possible?
I see decay all around on the claim of my friend - but as far as I know it is still payed for. (otherwise the claimed area should decrease, should it not?)
Especially drying racks decay quickly.

No the outline of the claim will still show the same even if not paid as long as the claim stone itself still stands.
