so I somehow got knocked out while afk'ing in Boston then my body transported home. My blood is on zero and I have been knocked out for 26 hours.
Will I ever come around??

Were you the person with the thorn crown on, KO'd in boston? o.o You should wait till your character attempts to get up again, be ready with equipment window up and shift-click the crown off your head. If that's not the case then I'm sure some other solution will present itself.
