Alchemical Mastery

When will the new little bits and pieces of purity/alchemy be brought in?

I know one of the devs said there wouldnt be some huge sweeping change, that itd be a more crafted type thing. Where you slowly make things more pure. My question is when will these things start being implemented?

yeah i was kind of hoping they'd update purity this update. its pretty key and while i like that its more balanced pvp wise its also much more of an insane grind with only 1 purity items.

For the record, you shouldn't expect a singular "purity update". Rather, we'll probably be adding some small mechanics here and there over time for alchemical improvements.

You said almost exactly that same thing to me on irc :P

When should we expect the bits and pieces to begin? Like what piece is next?

There's acorns. So trees might be step one.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

Trees first, then wells. After that, I'll be ready for the grind.

Are there still no purity nodes? Makes it hard to decide where to live if they will be put in later.

Purity nodes don't/won't exist if I understand the devs correctly. Instead they will slowly be adding other methods such as crafting to increase purity values.

There won't be any nodes implemented, so go ahead and settle :)
I never managed to figure out something clever for my signature on Paradoxplaza, and I doubt I'll do it here either.

I've been inactive and out of the loop for a while so I hadn't heard this, but if thats true that sounds much cooler than old system. :)
