Getting to my Main's Claim

So I've searched the forum, far and wide, but all I read is "can't do it."

I created an alt before having the 'settling' skill and before purchasing the writ. I now have the writ on my main.

Unfortunately, I have already used the free TP on my alt. I don't mind walking, but I don't know where my claim is in relation to 'boston'. Can someone please help get my alt(even if I have to walk) back to my main's claim-site. Thank you.

The easiest thing to do would be to party your alt from a character @ the claim.

I can't log both characters in at the same time though. :(

That's a great idea. . . can I party them offline?

Make a second account. Create a second alt on it and spawn it on your main's claim. Then log your first alt, party with the second alt and walk to it

Oh, I thought multi-accounts were against the rules?

Sweet. :)

Thank you, Proc. :)

Multi accounting is not against the rules. Unless you start using those accounts on forum as sockpuppets.

LOL. Are you being sarcastic? Or is there some Salem "slang" term of sockpuppets that mean something else? LOL.

And that's friggin' awesome that I can have a fully separate alt account. :) Very nice. Playing two chars at once will make this game a lot better. :)

Okay, so I created another account, partied up with a character at main camp. . . I even put in the homestead secret with the guy that TPs me around to find a place to set up camp. . . well, it didn't take me to my homestead. . . . . wtf?

So anyway, I see a red arrow (I'm already partied up at this point, so I assume that's my other character. . . turns out it's not. . . it led me to some random spot in the woods that showed an 'x' on the minimap, but nothing was there. . . . umm?? wth do I do now. . .

Please help.

**edit**

So I just created an alt on the new account and it turns out I have to hit the "enter" button when I type in the homestead name. . . . . .Now my question is. . . how do I get the first one, whom is wandering in the woods, to be able to walk himself to the camp as well using the group. . . . it's not showing a marker on my minimap or on the main window that might lead me to a party member. . . grrr.

If you are in party then you shouldn't rely on the arrow. It's only good when you are close to each other. Instead, left click on the other character's portrait. You will start walking towards it, and this time it will be accurate. So just click the portrait from time to time to see the direction and then just follow it

It's in the forum rules:
4. Multiple accounts are allowed on the forum for the purpose of role playing and character immersion. Using an alternate account for the purposes of ban evasion, to spam posts, to support your own opinion, to enhance your own reputation in a Trade thread, or to otherwise talk to your own account(s) is not allowed and will be punished.
