Checked, no. Would be stupid anyway. I'm very sorry.

Can I ask a question here (like HnH)? I see an abandoned claim with a lot of structures. One is a big square stone structure in the middle of everything. What is it?

If it is like a square pillar that seems to have no function (for you that is), it is probably the claimstone. If you are able to walk on the claim and take things from crates/chests without turning criminal acts on, it means the claim is dead and you can use destroy on that claimstone to make it gone.

This structure is bigger than the claim stone. It is dappled brown not the color of the claim stone. Yes I can walk on the claim without tresspass.

Are you talking about the new church building? Does it have a really tall spire on the front?

A mine maybe, it would have a door on one side.

It is not a church or a mine (has no door).

Anyone know where the bank is in Jamestown? Or do I go to the post office to access my account?

Look for an NPC in front of a large building with a red-brown coat and white hair that doesn't say or do much. I've also attached a picture highlighting his location. If you right click him, you should get an option to withdraw silver. The postmaster should be nearby. I forget what he wears, but he also just stands there and says nothing.

Thanks Magic Man. I'; pretty sure i found the building but there is no NPC in front of the door and I cannot enter into the building. I think I need to contact an admin. Maybe the bank in Jamestown is not active. How can I notify someone of the problem.
