Ah, I see, fixed it accordingly for the Sabi-Wiki as well. :3

Related: the Wiki's really need more dedicated patch note pages. I don't like the sabi-wiki one, is a mess (particularly how the newest patches is listed at the bottom by default and so on); and the tribe-wiki doesn't seem to even have one? I guess I'll be taking a look at that down the road, but need to focus on updating the more essential things on the wiki before that. So feel free to suggest layouts until then. It should preferably be something more readable and organized than what the forum offers.

I thought that a patch note page is a huge time waste. All the patch notes are accessible on the forums. Well, we could use a list of all patches ordered by date. One minor thing that could be used to kind of show the info about the source of a change is to add a link to the patch notes in the comment section when submitting an edit.

I couldn't care less about putting the patch notes on the wiki as I go through them line by line and change the wiki accordingly. It's not always right away and I do miss things, like this artifacts page, but eventually it gets on there.

I think they mean a blow by blow account of what has changed like the forum announcement posts, the updates page is pretty summarized.

Ah, so it did have a patch note page after all, thank you for taking your time to provide the link. :D Would been odd if not though (hence why I formulated my statement as a question). However, that page name wasn't very obvious/simple… And I found no obvious link to it from the front page either, but I digress. Main problem is that it's unfortunately as messy as the sabi-wiki one if you ignore that it also have a table formatting mistake in addition…

Of course it's a waste of time if this is what you're going for. The current format is not useful to either us that are working on the wikis or for other people. Obviously I could just refer to the forum for the patch notes, but the posts get quickly out of order there, and has basic formatting with a lot of fluff. It's as good as it can get for a patch note presented on a forum though, JC is doing a good job with that, but it can be perfected on the wiki I feel. But this is my opinion, and remember I'm not asking any of you to do this, I'm willing to take on this project on my own. As you can see I do need to catch up better on the patch notes before I rejoined the game and this would been an interesting project to do in combination with that. But If you guys really hate the idea though then I guess I'll just try to cool my OCPD down for a few weeks over other nitpickings, lol. :P

I've done that too with the last patch, and will do so going forward. You're doing a great job, I'm not complaining about anyone's efficiency. To better explain how I feel about this: When I came back to the game after not having played for two-three years then it was Procne's Recap of changes july 2014 - april 2015 that helped me the most to get back up to speed. And in my humble opinion it's a shame that the forum is doing a better job than the wiki in that regard. A forum is great for discussions, but for storing information it's too volatile, not easily changeable, harder to navigate and good luck finding that informative topic you read a month back that you unfortunately forgot to bookmark and that never got stickied, lol. ;)

Yeah, def not trying to discourage you from revamping something that clearly needs it. I enjoyed your pavement page and believe that sometimes looking at something different way is a great way to make something useful again.

You should come to the dark side and work on the tribe wiki instead ...

I'm very curious to why you are working on something no one can really see.

Lol, yeah, I can get pretty pissed at the wiki too sometimes, but I'm confident it won't stay that way.
