I want to question why the original definition of "Speed bonus to tree chopping, work at the Whittler's Bench and Carpenter's Bench, but not the Sawbuck." got changed to that in the first place as planing boards is just a small example of tasks affected that goes under the Carpenter Bench… I believe the speed bonuses is still valid, no? Maybe better to change it to "Speed bonus to tree chopping, work at the Whittler's Bench and Carpenter's Bench, but not the Sawbuck. Also increases success chance for tasks like Planing boards." Or something like that, I dunno.

I believe JC said speed when chopping trees is based only on the axe you are using...

Chopping trees is now faster.
The Success Rate of Planing Boards now comes off the Civilian Trait of Woodworking.
The Odds of getting an Amber resin now comes off the Civilian Trait of Woodworking.
Woodworking no longer speeds up the rate in which blocks are chopped.
Both Wood Blocking and Tree Chopping are now directly influenced by the type of the axe used to chop them
