Right-click disabled on Mac, or am I just a moron?

Any updates here? Using java 7, can click around in the game (menus, etc), but can't click on the first guy to talk to, and can't click to walk (only wasd). Any help appreciated.

Tried: Standard client, Ender client (didn't work at first, but worked with updater.jnlp)

doesn't work for me either. i can only walk using asdw buttons and NO combination of keys works for right click. Tried the mouse config too.

Had that problem as well. Switching to Ender should solve it out right but check your Java versions just to be safe.

Use ender's client though. Should fix you right up.

try changing your Mac video setting to use 32bits color instead of 16bit color . Mouse clicking will not work on 16bit color for salem

I'm not a Mac guy, and you'll never convince me of it. However, I am a bit technical, so used Google and found a few different articles.

First one on Google: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3931397 Note that if your OSX version differs, you may or may not be able to use this (see below). Note the problem is related only, but the solution you're looking for is in the second post.

Next one I read said that you can't change it in recent versions of OSX. If for some reason (such as backwards compatibility with old programs), you do need to change it, you'll need a 3rd party program. edit: may be other solutions such as this depending on your OS version.

I have the same problem on my Mac book pro (late 2010) I have played salem on it like 2 years ago and it worked well, now i cant play using my mac... I did try the normal and ender client, i did try java 6, 7 and 8 and non of them worked, there is no option to change to 32bit collor or 16 bit, i dont know what is default, (edit: my mac uses 32bit so its not that) i did try to change the resolution but it did not help. I think i have tried everything here, did the rest of you get it to work? thanks!

Same story over here. I'm using a Macbook Pro that I bought just a couple of months ago. I haven't been able to find a way to switch the color depth. Then again, I seriously doubt the computer is running in 16-bit color, given how new it is, and not only that, but it's the most expensive model available. Of course, it could be that Java is running in 16-bit color for some reason. I have no idea. Thankfully I've also got a PC, but I sure as hell would like to play the game on my mac too.

After alot of googling and testing i still can't find a solution.. I know that after Yosemite also Minecraft have had problems... It would be really nice to get this game to work on mac computers, i really hope there is some one out there who could help us Bless
