Might want to make anything in a EULA or TOS explicit about money spent and then getting banned from the game permanently. As Qukatt points out, I can't think of any other game that will refund money in these situations, either. It's like getting kicked out of a bar after ordering a $50 drink you didn't finish... you probably shouldn't have started that fight (pawed that lady/guy, whatever).
