You can clearly see that it's a caught jellyfish rather than one given by devs because it's not 25 in all elements.

Anyway, I figure I may as well find some suckers to sell these masks to for hundreds of silver before I reveal how I caught the jellyfish. Any takers?

Of course, knowing how fish spots like to fluctuate, it's quite likely that neither I nor anyone else will catch another jellyfish in the same spot with same bait.
