Why should I be picked to Moderate the Salem Forums?
Current moderators have personal feuds against some groups or ingame organisations, some moderators behave like power-hungry whelps when on a moderation duty.
I can assure you that I will be moderating on a mature level. I have an unbiased look at situations.
I will not bring in my personal life into my moderation, I will not work it out on the community when my wife has beaten me.
I will not show my frustration when moderating; my crappy job, poor existence and health-issues will not hinder my moderation.
I will pull up a new wiki with worldmaps included for all server, I will not use my moderation position & threaten to pull it down when my moderation position is questioned.
I will not use my history on HnH to be a ***** here.
I am the 31st to register on this Salem-forum, long before all the current mods (except teckx)
I have over 1000 posts !!!

Do I contribute in the forum and ingame?
I am fairly certain I contributed a lot in the past already, and I will do even more in the future.
I will not contribute with poorly written songs.
I will not pull this game down & start posting more on the HnH forum, I will do everything possible to bring positive advertisement to this board.
I will not contribute with animal pictures eating humanfood, I will not contribute to the downfall of Salem.
I will not post my childish thoughts on this forum just to get some attention.
I will not be inactive for months, and then come back banning people for no reason while I have no clue how this game works or how the current political situation is.
I will tell new players the game is going good, instead of scaring them away & tell them the game is dying.

Why do I want to become a moderator?
to not ***** up these forums & turn away new possible players.
Actually contribute to the community !!
To see how corrupt behind-the-scenes is and change that !

I like all these parts of the application and we could use another European mod.

I think the other parts of the application might be working against you trying to seem neutral Wishy.

I vote all future mods should come from belgium.
I mean, we have the NATO and are the capital of europe, pretty much.
It would only make sense to take all mods from a neutral country.

There, I used the sarcasm colour myself too. I don't see the relevance of timezones for forum mods. It's not like you can get away with stuff because there's mod online at that exact moment.

All new mods should be from Australia because we dgaf.

I disagree with your attempt to shift the blame for Salems apparent decline from the tribe onto the mods though. It neglects the bigger picture.

I think it's pretty void voting on someone when I don't think any mod has ever been chosen like that. For what it's worth, I actually do believe alloin would do a fine job, but whatever.
