Found this thing up on a tower and to my suprise it was called Salem when i got onto it. Now it might not be an easter egg from the game Salem but hey atleast i think it's pretty cool!

I never understood saints row. Isn't just a ghetto version of Grand Theft Auto?

yeah, at least Saints Row is competing, as where Salem the Game is more like an aborted fetus that will never mature to compete with the other video games.
