I was KO'd - but then i thought it said i was dead and then i ended up back in Boston.

If you end up in Boston or at your leanto you are not dead.
You surely are when you end up in hell.
Permadeath really means perma(nent)death.

But there's a pop-up when you're first ko'd explaining the difference between being ko'd and dying?

beavers can kill, their spinning attack wont stop if u're KO, so if u're unlucky enough they may actually kill u

Have you had this actually happen to you? I personally don't have murder and continued to attack a guy after i knocked him out doing what would be about 70 overflow damage and he didn't die. Let me guess..... You're guessing.

Devs stated: Murder is a specific action you get access to after getting the requisite skills and completely unrelated to damage taken after ko.

ok. yeah, was right, he was guessing. ( the murder animation looks like you are humping the knocked out person btw) lol
