So as you all know I've been working on a project over the last few weeks involving a ***** of dirt-moving and paving. Every hour I've spent ingame when I haven't been working has been devoted to this project. I even died to complete it. The mountain is 7 layers high going up by 10 elevation each level. I started with the base and gradually got smaller until I reached the elevation I was going for. Originally I had no idea what I was going for other than that I wanted it as high as I could get it while still having a decent space on top to build.

If you're unaware of what I'm talking about here is the first thread:

My un-timely death with thread:

Now, after a few days of the Chief being a general butt-pirate pain and us having to drop his p claim I was finally able to work on my beloved project again. (Not only did we have to drop his p claim, I had to put up 3 new p claims of my own to break all of the leantos that they'd left on the work site).

Some pictures of the griefing and of the clean-up:

The clean-up done by me:

The Final Layer

As I was building I started running out of dirt within my walls and dropping all of the earthworms I'd been getting seemed like a sin so it was time for me to make some more gates.

Dat elbow room.

Now the second time around wasn't all fun and games, we still had to fight off a few Red Devils along the way.

With the Mountain of Jorb™ completed, it was now time to start decorating the "garden" for Him to look down from the church at.

Light elevations and place-holder tiles:
The dots will be trees in the end.

A spot for a large maple tree to grow.

Decoration/paving of the garden:
I was testing out different ideas with the fields. I figured if I clustered them they're look more "wild" with the natural ground grown back and trees/rocks around.

Now some would say that all of this would be very boring to do, and they would be right. Which I like to sing while I work.
I only sing chain-gang songs.

Oh yeah, did I tell you Jorb and Loftar themselves stopped by to give us a present?

So that's cool

The Gods are pleased.

And finally, the ghost of the original Jordan Coles can sleep easy for his job was finally complete. His ancestor had done what he could not and he will be greatly missed.

Shout-Outs and Thanks:
I'd just like to use this space to thank a few people who have helped me with this project.

Otis D for providing me with endless materials that I required for the build
Mushibag, Stax, Hustling for helping my character get back on his feet in order to continue the project after death
Sticks for helping me with braziers/extra walls and providing me with granite/lime
All of the Gallows Hill villagers who have supported me and donated silver towards dropping the p claim, making new p claims, and anything else that was needed.

This is great :)

Truly you are the Prophet of Jorb, who has raised a mighty Temple that we might worship him. Pras

p.s. how does GH feel about people making pilgrimages?

Before I saw the images I imagined it was a really high mountain you have built. Now I see its a small mound.

Although we do not murder just anybody, I cannot promise you that it wouldn't be a very safe pilgrimage to the Church of Jorb (andI dont think it should be anyways). But uh, you know the chief and co. are gonna be itching to come in and bash it down.
