new claim mechanics

so thew new claim mechanic disables a claim if you do not fund it.
I have a few questions regarding this behavior.

if you are on an inactive claim, and some one puts money on it, what happens?
are you stuck on the claim if you dont have trespassing? are you pushed outside the claim?

If you are sneaking around a dead claim at the same time as someone else who you don't know is on the claim, you are either very brave, very strong, or very foolish.

Regardless of the person's character, those are interesting questions. I've a feeling we're going to have to wait a couple of weeks before we can really find out.

You'd be stuck on the claim where you were standing and everything to do with a p claim would apply.
I assume it'd be the same as a dead v claim in Haven, if the claim is below a certain amount it isn't effective but if someone were to log on and gain a large amount of LP pushing the idol's authority over that limit then the claim becomes active again.
