Java use after the Year 2020 ?

I normally do not read any part of Java's frequent updates, I just click OK.
But today, I did read it, and am confused by it's wording.

Here is a link that I found when searching Google over my concerns after this last Java update:
https://dzone.com/articles/eliminating- ... -confusion

I still do not understand how it will affect users of Java.
Does it just simply mean no more free-updates for Java users, or no more updates at all ?
...What is your understanding of this these changes ?

So long as you are not a big company developing in Java AND require Oracles support AND every last update,
nothing changes.

[edit:]
I've read their announcements a while back and it's a lot of stuff and the implications are not exactly simple, but it boils down to that:
for you, Salem and most people, nothing changes.
