Even Rouge-like games give after completing chellanges - new cosmetic for character, achievements etc. appropriate rewards

Trade Order ? - challenge ? no... more like ONE type Quest from other games (take items and back) - 100% boring, 0% challenge - need only be grinding
Temperature (Hypothermia) ? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system :)
Disease ? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system :)
Exploration Events - challenge ? no... only little rewards, where NPC-outlaw camp, or other camp mobs :P
or where small dungeon time-challenge
Madness? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system :)
Domesticated Animals - yes little challenge IF you have many animals and they got sick...
- ofc. no need many animals - because need only Scary Stroganoff or Sausage Links but for Scary Stroganoff no need many animals...
but for Sausage Links need many pigs :P and no...

Witchcraft - yes here challenge - but only you need many items and time for discover all thinks...

I hear you will added:
Overheating? - challenge ? no... it's just a bother system :)

@JohnCarver, I really feel, you are have totaly lack of knowledge about challenges & reward :( in game :P
but i still like salem and you :P no worry! :P

So all I'm reading then is that you don't feel madness, hypothermia, disease &c are challenging enough.

So next patch I should decrease global temperatures, speed up madness gains, and implement more complicated diseases then?

Isn't reward is challenge,
but if wanna give reward like "not daying"
then sure - because will player leave game :D

but sure why not... servers will be less busy :D and you will can spam more PACKs server-client :D
