Do they even exist anymore? I've got a lot of skills up to where I should see them, yet I've never found one.

Usually you see them with wander on, try turning on wamder before autumnal biome patches. I wonder if the new rendering distance isn't messing with spawn rates, though if anything it should help.

Render distances should not effect herb drawing.

I was more wondering if forage applies when you render terrain at max range (tile by tile) or a big map chunk, or simply tiles where you're rendering forageables.

But if i were right you'd probably find more stuff. I found a gourd in early concord and i know other people found some recently so removed they're not.

Ok, I'll go to the correct biome and turn wander on and try that...

What is wander? Is this a Ender UI thing, or is an ability?

I meant forage* but it is a movement skill. On the base menu once you exit all other menus you have a shoe icon that contains your movement and climbing skills. Once you learn the forage skill you can use the forage ability to move slower while draining yellow bile and also staring at the ground closely to find more things that you'd previously missed in your hurry.

I found one without forage or wander two days ago.
