nope, fraid not

the constitution says american citizens can practice whatever religion they want which they can including muslimes. it does not say we need to let foreigners in at all, much less those of an opposing death cult ideology.

gun control, attempts to force states to allow abortion that do not want it via federal law and attempts to force religions to perform gay marriage if they do not agree with it via federal law on the other hand certainly are. which are all causes championed by your side of the fence.

Yep, fraid so.

http://thehill.com/policy/national-secu ... id-refugee

It's already unravelling with lawsuits flying because it stopped people with valid visas from returning.

Not only is it unconstitutional to block someone based on religion with a legal visa status from returning but it's also illegal to block refugees from applying for refugee status based on religion or block visa applicants based on their religion. As there is zero proof that these 7 countries are any more likely to produce terrorists than any other it can only be based on muslim hatred.

I've said it here before, it'll take an act of congress to implement anything that looks like this. Only they can ban visa applications or refugee status applications from a country. Until then, it's just Trump making **** up and getting sued over and over.

nope fraid not, feel free to actually read it one day. any moron can file a lawsuit for any reason and i will not bother debating constitutional legality with a watered down lenin so he can cut and paste nonsense from other communists talking out of their ass.

Finally, we have definitive proof that Claeyt is a leftist parody account. Well done sir, you had us fooled for years.

But no one is blocking based on religion, the blocking is being done based on country. That's like saying a country blocking US citizens from getting visas is blocking based on the Christian religion.

So, I went and looked at this so-called 'gag order' Claeyt was talking about. Seems the press was freaking out over it while knowing that this it is not a gag order, but a standard procedure that happens at every change in the administration, including when Obama became president. Each department stops and waits to find out what the new administration wants of them and what policies they will now be following, which also makes perfect sense.

This does not happen at every change of presidents and this is not what happened here. Here are articles showing what happened to deny climate change.
