i think the roof was better in the first version, but you've nailed the wooden support construction. Maybe try that same wood for all wood (the pale wood) and the old roof texture?

I could add it, but when viewed in blender, it wouldn't look the way it would look in the server. Alpha channels, see through, and stuff like that is done server-side. Also, and I could be wrong, but I don't think that salem supports fluid mechanics/particles. So I'd have to make blobs and drops manually, like I did with the fountain of tear's "dripping" animation.
