nd not sure those numbers are 100% true for 2016, most of them are 2016 anw,but i cant help but wonder, how do people with such salaries ever travel in other countries?
In december, there r so many ppl coming to france for the xmas markets, even with the terrorist threat attacks all over local newspapers all the time and soldiers with rifles sitting at xmas market entrances etc our hotels in france are 100% filled with tourists (americans, asians, ger/swi/ uk etc) that come all the way ffrom their country to enjoy their holidays here.
Are people from those countries super rich to come here, what kind of profession can u do in Russia or the US to be able to afford spending a couple days so far away just to see some market? every year i see all those tourists and think about how 0 they earn every month in their country and how they can do so much with it? if u listen to the average french guy that earns the minimal pay that is way above a million other countries and works 35h a week (that by the way is one of lowest working hours/week in wolrd i think) and 90% of them will tell u how they dont earn enough, work too hard and cant do **** in life. if i think of all the french people i met in my life in random places, rare were those who could afford anything better than going elwhsere in france or going to nearby countries like spain ger italia etc.
I met tons of americans and russians when travelling myself around the globe and i would always have a drink with them if possible and i couldnt figure out how could they possibly travel like this, even if obvly where they live, life cost is adapted to their salary i just dont get how can the poeple that earn more than the average i suppose, spend all the money they saved for XX time on a visit-the-french-xmas-markets-trip etc? =/
Also , what do u think about terrorist attack threats in france for this time of the year? last year it felt like a big deal, ppl talking about danger everywhere, soldiers everywhere etc, local papers talking about whether or not they'd cancel xmas markets etc. People got scared mostly in big french cities and even the tourists from america asia etc chose to book mostly in very small towns their hotels to see the xmas markets in small villages rather than big cities famous for it such as paris strasbourg etc as they seemed to think itd be safer (tons of december booking cancellations in big cities and very low in little villages) .tho american tourists in france not matter what age they r always the ones with a different mentality about everything and its like they dont have same danger/terrorism concepts and vision of things than most europeans if u talk to those tourists, like they would be the ones that mind the less soldiers presence in markets when some french ppl (mostly the older the more would think) on the countryside would say its not xmas atmosphere anymore and stay home when some would simply ignore everything and still go etc.
What do u think as European/American about the terrorism danger in france? in the news i see 'terrorism threat stopped', terrorism this and that and muslim names spamming and this and that, and because of the lack of interest i had been having in past months/year in those stuff i feel like im incapable to tell for myself whether most of this is Bs or whether i should truly be scared and 'stay home' in december on weekends etc. many stuff i read in local papers actually happened close to me, like couple days ago guys got arrrested like 15min away from me for planning on doing terrorism attack december the 1rst in paris etc along with other ppl. Would i be stupid to stay home scared to death or should i keep living like nth is going on? i cant tell. i dont wna die in some allabkar bum bam. Whats ur opinion as outsiders overall?
