They are tied to whether or not the link they are connected to is streaming or not. For example, the one next to your link is green as of this post. I imagine it will change red when you stop streaming. Not sure why they are failing to show up for you though, they seem to be appearing fine on my end. At least most of the time. Anyone else have this problem?
