Markets are cratering as Trump closes in on the presidency

Dow Jones, Nasdaq and S&P all suspend online futures trading after hitting 5% drop in overnight trading, triggering market crash slows to trading. Still dropping another 1-3% after trading resumes.

Dow drops 800 pts overnight, worst single day drop since 9/11

Japanese Nikkei drops 5.3%

European markets all crashing early.

Dollar drops 1-2% versus Euro, Pound and Canadian Dollar.

Yeah, people are idiots. Trump hasn't even done anything yet. He isn't even president yet. But Hillary made so many promises to give them anything they wanted if they gave her money, and now that's fallen through, their investments are gone, they're all freaking out.

Market values are supposed to be based on the actual value and profits of the companies behind them, and most of those companies will probably do better under Trump in the long run. So, we have to wait for the liberal panics to be over to know what effect his presidency is really going to have on the stock market.
