So I get knocked out by a swarm of bats, fine.
I know from previous experience one will attach to my neck, fine.
I spam click the bat on my neck, but it knocks me out again without being dropped.
Then it knocks me out a third time while I'm clicking on it as fast as I can.

I don't mind things being hard, but this mechanic is stupid and allows no ability to counter play it.
If I get knocked out, I like to think that it was because i screwed up, like getting ko'ed by bats in the first place.
But not because some random tick timer left me with no chance to save myself.

Are you aware that you can do combat moves while carrying a boulder? Not being sarcastic.

What are your humors? I've never been knocked out by a bat and I started mining when I had ~40 of each humor and didn't use Latikai*.

*The Latikai client has an auto-drop bat option on the "Cheats" tab.

Bats are actually way better now than first time i died on the bloodmoon.
They would keep leeching on your neck in a second without a delay.
It burned through 50 red bile in matter of 4 seconds even with auto remove bat enabled.

And i find it racist how Black and Yellow biles is named by a colour unlike the Blood/Phlegm biles.

For new players bats are no joke. They will chain kill you. for sure.

how about showing some respect to players you *********?

also small tip for the OP if you use a custom client it has a auto-drop function for bats in the cheatmenu.
