Nektard builds up a tiny bit of rep on alt accounts, and uses tiny transactions to build it, and once he has some rep he'll offer big items and scam. He has many scammer alts so be weary.

It's impossible to "identify" him as he uses a dozen of accounts, but the first section at least gives new players a sense of direction of how to check if they can trust someone or not, i just used Nektaris as he is the biggest pile of **** scammer in Salem so he makes a good example.

I can describe one of his chars to anyone interested. Not sure if he's still alive though.
