So last night I was doing some gardening around my base when all of a sudden I hear the Wicked Wicker Man Mask sound a few times. I noticed that I started bleeding pretty hard. I immediately ported to Providence and paid the guy who can cure curses. That didn't seem to stop the bleeding and I didn't want to K.O. in Providence so I ported back to my base. I heard the Wicked Wicker Man Mask sound a few more times. I look on mini map and I don't see anyone. I ran inside my house and used tourniquet to stop the bleeding and it did work. So what the hell happened? I about had a heart attack.

From the description of the symptoms it was a very powerful 2nd Circle Witch.

Perhaps the witch bewitched your mind as well as body.

if your claim is within two hours of providence it sounds like eleanor morag found your base, she is a 4th or 5th circle witch so your pretty screwed unless you find the pentagram near your base and destroy it to break the curse before she returns as simply moving will not work. good luck.

2nd Circle Witches don't need you to be AFK to cause the Bleed effects.

In fact, the ritual to do what happened to you took place at her altar, nowhere near you.

The better question is what crime against balance did you commit in the first place that allowed her to channel this evil to you in the first place. I can assure you that you very much did something 'wrong' to allow her to do this to you.
