I currently have only tried one combination 13 ore and 12 lime, gives me one bar of pig iron. Post if you have had different results with a different combination.

My huge progress:

Used the old 182% formula and got 2 iron bars.

also remember that JC said he added some sort of randomness in the smelting, so finding the consistent formula will need tons of test

I only have one smelter sorry I'm so slow with what I figured out, 12 ore and 13 lime gave me one bar as well. Grapefruit think you want to expand that thing then post it when you're done? PM me what you need me to put in the smelter

been running 2 smelters at 17 ore/8 lime 3 times, each run gave me 1 bar per smelter

13 lime / 12 ore = 2 bar
12 lime / 13 ore = 2 bar
11 lime / 14 ore = 2 bar
10 lime / 15 ore = 2 bar
9 lime / 16 ore = 1 bar
8 lime / 17 ore = 1 bar
7 lime / 18 ore = 1 bar
6 lime / 19 ore = 1 bar
5 lime / 20 ore = 1 bar

I have only had one round of smelting so far today, but I will keep the same amounts as above running all day.

Anyone tried smelting with those little lime chunks?
