I'm just asking you to try the default client and see if it works. It's called troubleshooting.

Fine, I'll try it but why the ***** should I have to. This is you and the dev's griefing me with this hat. I want it off so I can use the guy and you and the dev's are saying you won't simply take it off me so that you can troll and grief me about it? Can't you see me trying to log onto it?

Can you take it off me for an hour so that I can talk to these guys?

I agree, it fits you well too. Are you all done being ***** yet? The hat was not a gift, it was a grief. Be done with it already and move on to squeezing tears from somebody else. Are you all really this petty and selfish that you don't know when to say enough is enough and just move on to useful things?

Frankly, I don't believe this. Crashing to desktop with no crash report implies that Java itself crashed, but the server logs tell me that your client sends an explicit log-out message to the server, which it couldn't do if Java crashes behind its back.

All three of us have tried this hat under various circumstances on several characters and clients and have now put a great deal of time and effort into tracking down a bug that seems more and more likely to be a complete and utter lie.

Because you're trying to get your way, you liar.

Claeyt wrote:I told them to just take it off and put it back on later.

Oddly enough, you telling them to do something did not result it in getting done. When you stomp your foot and shout in other situations, do you usually get your way?

I need to get on this account to talk to both of them. I'm hoping they can just remove the hat so I can log on and talk to them then put it back on later or tomorrow.

Are you claiming your only means of communication with them is in-game? You'd can't send them a message with a new kin secret to trade/invite them to your town? You set up these meetings 2 days ago in-game? Sounds like you're lying, you liar.

Faithfully,

Then take the hat away from Claeyt and be done with the whole ordeal.

Your advocating that we reward lying by undoing a negative thing a player did to himself? Perhaps we should restore character that perma-die for anybody who trolls the help section too? Your logic makes no sense.

I can log on with the basic client. Why is this my ***** fault?

I've said repeatedly that I would put it back on after I was done tonight. I've said repeatedly you could put it back onto me in an hour or tomorrow.

Why the ***** are you guys doing this to me? This hat is nothing but griefing me for some reasons. Are you saying that you're unable to take it off this character ever?

So the game is now working for you on the default client?
