Please do not ever say again racism is hilarious. It's not. Empathy, compassion and understanding of each-other are the only things that differentiate humans from animals, so do not laugh of the lack of these quality from someone, since it means our kind is regressing.
In France, racism is severely punished by the law. Racists are ashamed of their twisted ideas and don't dare to talk about them unless they are completly drunk and want to be punched. They prefer hide behind the fact that some "strangers" (or not, most are as french as me) abuse our welfare and are violent to explain their racism and how they're right. That's pathetic.

I have no idea where you got those numbers but without any reference they make no sense. They're all lies anyways.

The truth is:

The absolute most common welfare to be on is the SNAP program (food stamps). 7% of White people, 10% of Hispanic people and 25% of Black People are on Food Stamps. 15% of the country overall.

Other welfare programs make up much, much less of the overall population.

White and Black fertility rates are nearly equal now at 1.948 (1.791 for European White) versus 1.958 as black fertility rates and teen pregnancy rates have been dropping for years. So your 20 kid mom is a right wing myth.

Here is a proverb that perfectly match : "One's rights stops where the other's start". People have the right to live their lives the way they want without being insulted.

Racism is a label that gets slapped on rather quickly in the western world. Especially compared to, let's say, China.
Some living situations make you a racist, even though you just want to say how you see it.

Prejudices also keeps people from working. Both when a person does or does not want to work.

Disabled and other more dispossitioned people should receive some form of help. The more rural areas tend to care more for their needy relatives where in cities people are too busy trying to be rich and successful and have no time to look after their dying mum (generalising). So the government taking care of them is a solution but not THE solution.

People need to start taking care of their own ****.

I once was in a poor area in Turkey. The people there looked after eachother.
The neigbors dressed and washed the crazy lady in the street and brought what ever extra they had to the people that needed it in the street.

It was good to see. When people have little to give, they seem to have alot more to give.
No point in screaming you have the right to something when you yourself do nothing and only care for yourself.

If you only care for yourself, you should just do that; care for yourself and don't expect anything from others.
