Yep, all true. If ender's doesn't come back up, the pop will stay down.

I'd put the things that are keeping the pop down right now in this order:

Game Development needs and mistakes, Paradox Mistakes, HnH W7, No Ender's available, No Horses, Dallane, More hats needed, The Tribe killing all the noobs this last winter, Jorb's politics, StaxJax, The mods (including the "old" Colesie), and GH burning
