 What I mean is, it's fine for there to be an in-game / in-character punishment for the failure, but it feels stupid to have an OOC / out of game solution for it as a solo player. (by which i mean log out and wait for the area to unload serverside). It takes away from the feel of the game to imagine one of the first settlers finding a flock of angry birds and just purposefully passing out, expecting that since the world revolves around humanity, the lack of a conscious human in the area would make God stop rendering the forest he was in
