i would say 20 tile radius should do nicely.

For those voting against trade where you have to confirm the deal on both sides, do you have a reason for that other than the fact that you can't scam in boston anymore or camp barrels?

I have said it before and I say it again: Remove Boston alltogether. This will encourage the forming of player cities/villages that will trade with nearby villages/hermits. Stalls on claims? Yes please.

In the prime this was one of the best things we did in game, I've never seen so many people together in one screen (40+) that weren't trying to kill eachother. At this time community was at it's strongest, even enemies were welcome, and even some enemies became friends.

The last 2 are very important. A large portion of the playerbase here are from Haven and history has a habit of repeating itself.

All links except the imgurs where not going anywhere. Yeah, this is what Im talking about. Boston is preventing this from happening. I believe trading between players without Boston would bring about a more stable society and interdependence. Griefing will occur, but maybe the tolerance for it will be less and also maybe a reduced incentive to do it.

The problem is that the game needs $$ to survive and during a new server start, people are willing to spend $$ to get those early stalls. So stalls are very much needed for when open beta releases new servers.

I updated my post with working links

And boston stalls are exactly what the market was supposed to be. The only difference is that stall now are under the boston claim which we wish we could have had at the time.

Ok, so there was some raiding in old HnH. It seemed like an all out war. In war nothing is sacred.
