Some players have also studied the arts of medicine and have become a Baber aswell, they could cure you in the center of the island of nod, there is a little area there (off-town) where the rituals of cleansing generally are taken by the kind people of Providence.
also, dont forget you might need to bring a sacrifice to please the demons from nod
