Pumpkin Carving Contest!

Postby MarpTarpton » Thu Oct 15, 2015 3:54 pm

In the spirit of Hallowe'en and its significance to the autumnal feel of Salem, we would like to challenge the community to a carving contest. For those unfamiliar with the tradition of pumpkin carving, I mourn your neglected childhood. For the rest of you, the rules are as follows:

1) You must use a pumpkin, gourd, turnip, potato, or similar vegetable.
2) The carving must be related to Salem in some way to be considered.
3) The carving cannot explicitly depict sexual themes or naughty language.
4) You must be the one to do the carving!
5) You must carve the phrase "Marp Rules" somewhere on the pumpkin so I can verify authenticity.
6) By submitting, you allow Mortal Moments Inc to use the image of your carving in whatever way we want.

All entries must be in by Midnight of October 30th (EST). You can post them here or PM them to me. The top three carvings as chosen by the judging panel will receive a new store pack in honor of the season.

Please be careful with knives and carving instruments as I in no way accept responsibility for your ineptitude with real-life instruments of vegetation mutilation.

(Also, yes I know I have yet to announce the winner of the inspirational contest - waiting until the patch drops for that so thanks for your patience :) )

Oh, this sounds fun. I will have to pick up a pumpkin next time I go shopping
Do not argue with idiots, for they will pull you down to their level, then beat you with experience.
